RETURN & REFUND POLICY At Printed Haus, every product is custom printed just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items unless they arrive damaged or defective. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@printedhaus.com. Include: Your order number A clear photo of the issue We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will ship the correct item at no extra cost. CANCELLATIONS Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely started and we cannot cancel. SHIPPING ISSUES If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
